Marinate 1 pound of lamb, goat, pork, or beef with 2 teaspoons turmeric and 1 tablespoon yogurt for at least 15 minutes.

- Mix the packet contents with 1/2 cup hot water to form a paste.
- Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in a pot or pressure cooker. Add the paste and sauté for 8-10 minutes until the oil separates, stirring occasionally.
- Add the meat and sauté until golden and well combined.
- Add 1/2 cup water (adjust for desired consistency)•
- For an instant pot, use the meat setting.
- For a regular pot, cover and cook until the meat is tender, adding water as needed.
- For a pressure cooker, cook for 4-6 whistles.
- Optional: Add 100 ml coconut milk for a creamy texture and enhanced flavor.
